Whilst our backbone of experience severely limits the chances of potentially erroneous products, we are aware that there is an inherent risk involved. If any product does not meet the data sheet parameters (fit/form/function) then they are fully returnable. Grey market goods are always provided in full transparency and you are made aware to ensure thorough testing of the product before they hit your production lines. Every product that is shipped to Cantium enters a strict quality control process. Products are photographed with a digital SLR/digital microscope and checked against datasheets wherever possible. All of the data collected is freely available to our customers upon request. Cantium also offer worldwide, licensed product testing through our approved testing facilities. Our quality policy ensures that in using Cantium, your risk factor in sourcing your electronics is reduced substantially.
