Hi, I am Amir, the managing director of Cantium Electronics. I created Cantium Electronics in 2008 after working in the industry for over 25 years, most recently Abacus Polar and Merefield’s Electronics. Since then, I have seen Cantium grow from strength to strength, doubling turnover in each year of operation and on course to continue this trend. Between the aliases Amir ‘Kat’ and ‘Judith’, my nicknames from my employees are varied they should know their days are numbered! Outside of work, I especially enjoy watching Manchester United play, golfing, reading, long walks and travelling.

Hi, I’m Ross and I am a Business Executive at Cantium. As well as looking after my customer base, I also run the day to day operations of Cantium including logistics and technical/administration. I have previously worked in administration and supply chain management outside of the electronics industry after finishing my degree. Cantium has one of the best working atmospheres that I could have envisaged and it has made the transition to a new industry very enjoyable. Outside of work, you can find me religiously following Manchester United, golf and road trips in my car.

I started work at Cantium Electronics in 2008, a couple of months after the company formed. My responsibilities are the finance and administration departments, overseeing credit control, purchase ledger and the day to day company administration. After university I started training to be a bookkeeper, but when I married, I took a small career change to be a pub landlady and chef for 5 years! I got out of the kitchen six years ago, and have been book keeping again ever since. I am 32, married with two children, three ducks, two dogs, two fish and one cat. I spend my weekend’s dog walking, gardening, watching my son play cricket, catching up with friends and avoiding the house work!
